PATRICK HENRY COURT DRAINAGE PROJECT UPDATE 8/7/2025:
Yorktown Blvd Utility Relocation Begins Monday, August 11. RSA contractor is scheduled to begin excavation and installation of the new water line on Monday, August 11.Tie-in of the new section will take place on Tuesday, August 12, weather permitting. Residents on Patrick Henry Ct. and the 700 block of Yorktown Blvd. may experience a water service interruption for up to 8 hours on Tuesday.

Spillway Road between Eastover and Westover Parkway at Keatons Dam remains closed until further notice. The contractor (JP Tucker Excavating) is scheudled to begin repair work Thursday, August 7 with anticpation of completion of road and culvert repairs by Friday, August 15, 2025.
 

RSA Sewage Overflow UPDATE July 31, 2025:
Water sample results have been received for the cove bordered by Washington Street, Cornwallis Ave., and Surrey Lane. Samples collected throughout the cove where the sewage overflow occurred came back well below the VDH threshold. Harpers Ferry Beach results were also well below VDH threshold. ALL Closures and swim advisories are LIFTED.
